Love this artist’s cheeky style.

I have the biggest comics art crush on Dustin Nguyen. He can do cheeky/cute or eerily beautiful depending on the day.

I understand why Lord Mesa called this piece “The Breakfast Bang” (what with the show being called The Big Bang Theory and all) but I have to admit I expected it to be a dirtier portrait of the cast…

I have to agree with WeLoveGeekChic’s opinion on this portrait of the Avengers in mini form by Laura Truxillo: Soo cuuuute!!!!! ♥

Nothing like taking a bad ass character with blood on her hands and rendering her in cute chibi form. You can thank Inês B. for this one. ;)

Daekazu created this lovely set of panels as a thank you to his many DeviantArt followers but I feel like we should be thanking the talent. Good work deserves the attention it gets and that’s all there is too it.

Fact: Daphne Interesting has one of the best names on DeviantArt.
Fact: Rendering L and Yagami Light from Death Note in Powerpuff Girls style is genius.

It’s Disney Wednesday!
When I learned that David Gilson created over 50 chibi portraits of classic Disney characters, I decided we’d have a big ol’ infusion of cute into Wednesdays for a while.
Themes of previous weeks have been: Animals, Princes and Princesses, and Obscure Classics.
Sadly, this will be my last themed group post, so if you missed a favourite character or movie, be sure to check out his gallery on your own.
This week’s theme: BRAVE YOUNG LADY RISK TAKERS!

It’s Disney Wednesday!
David Gilson has created over 50 chibi portraits of classic Disney characters and I’ll likely end up posting almost all of them, but even I can’t take that much preciousness in one sitting, so I thought I’d post them in themed groups.
This week: OBSCURE CLASSICS!

These are WAY too cute. Jeffrey Cruz’s chibi versions of Samus and Master Chief are yet more designs I want on a t-shirt.
Speaking of Samus and Master Chief together…if you are a fan of one or both of these ass-kickers and you haven’t watched Monty Oum’s incredible video Haloid, then YOU are missing out.

How adorable are these chibi portraits by AuroreBlackCat? I love the little details thrown into these deceptively-simple drawings, like Ron’s broken wand.
