Back then, we didn’t really have resources for drawing, only what we got from buying comics (In my Sailor Moon case, $15 a pop, in Chinese which I couldn’t read). Animes were rented from stores (didn’t have a computer, I got one in 1999-2000?) lol. VHS.. yes those days xDD Ranma was watched over at some relative’s house xD I drew on school papers… lol
Nowadays, everything is online and learning how to draw is easier. For those who are just starting out to draw, make use of what you have now :) I know you look at your idols or other arts and you can get depressed, but trust me, you have a lot of resources than a lot of us from before, and you can learn and improve faster! Go go, draw!”
