Turtles: The Avengers created by A7MD93.
Leonardo as Captain America, Raphael as Iron Man, Michaelangelo as Thor, and Donatello as Hawkeye.
Fitting, no?
Though Black Widow might be a little more useful than April was…

Before Avatar: The Last Airbender, there was Samurai Jack, which pioneered the American-cartoon-with-anime-influences-kinda genre.
Man, Toonami was awesome, wasn’t it? This delicious art by Jeffrey ‘Chamba’ Cruz is just bringing it aaalllllllll back.
It’s TV Show Monday and Australian artist Ry-Spirit rocks my socks with this fanfiction-esque gender bending Adventure Time art!

Powerpuff Girls Z or as it is known in Japan, Demashita! Powerpuff Girls Z, is the anime-style Japanified update to our classic The Powerpuff Girls. Because of course it is.
Wikipedia presents the plot:
“The series takes place in New Townsville (Tokyo City in the original Japanese version). In order to stop an ecological disaster, Professor Utonium’s son, Ken Kitazawa, uses Chemical Z, a new form of the Professor’s original substance, Chemical X, to destroy a giant glacier. However, the impact of Chemical Z causes several black and white rays of light to appear in the skies above New Townsville. Three ordinary girls, Momoko, Miyako and Kaoru, are engulfed in white lights and become Hyper Blossom, Rolling Bubbles, and Powered Buttercup, respectively.”

The tagline at the top of artist Alice from Hungary’s DeviantArt page is: “Life is a cartoon…”
And if you’ve ever had a wet dream about a Toy Story character, she’s apparently the one to talk to.

Why why why isn’t Rocket Power on TV anymore??
Artist Limey404’s commentary on her art just cracks me up:
“Otto came out looking like a douchefuck but he looked like one to begin with so there wasn’t really much I could do. Ahah.”

In this anime-esque depiction of everyone’s favourite Adventure Time ladies Queen Marceline and Princess Bubblegum, it’s hard to deny that Ocean Soiit added a shot of sass. Heart this so hard.
